Crystal Cove Engagement Session in Newport Beach, California
Nestled halfway between Newport Beach and Laguna Beach along a dramatic stretch of coastline, Crystal Cove State Park is a quintessential Southern California gem. With its dramatic seaside bluffs, inviting beaches, and quaint boardwalk, Crystal Cove is the ultimate coastal location for engagement photos. We met up with Sam and Matt for their engagement photos near the iconic Crystal Cove Seaside Cottages, once owned by Hollywood directors and producers, and the backdrop for a number of films! After a sunset rosé toast, we strolled along the boardwalk which meanders through the coastal grasslands. We made our way down the bluffs to Crystal Cove Beach, stopping along the way to take in the incredible ocean views. As the sun neared the horizon, we had the chance to take some stunning photos of the couple in the ocean. We are so excited to photograph Sam and Matt’s wedding next May, along with their wedding planner, Krissy Allegra of Always Allegra Events.
