La Quinta Engagement Photos at Hideaway Golf Club
We met up with Ashley and Matt at The Hideaway, a beautiful golf club located in La Quinta, California. Having spent a number of years in New York City, they were looking forward to an intimate and elegant desert backdrop for their engagement photos. Ashley (the Bride-to-be) is a native Californian. Having grown up going to The Hideaway over the years, it held a special place in her heart. The opportunities for photography at The Hideaway are endless, and we were able to find a few fabulous locations to keep in mind for their wedding day! Ashley and Matt really wanted to capture the feel of Southern California with the Spanish architecture and classic tile work throughout the property. One of my favorite things about photographing engagement sessions and weddings in Palm Springs is the light! Just before sunset, we made our way to the pond for the last few photos before we lost the light all together.
